Josh is the Founder and CEO of SeFF Fibre. He studied Chemistry at the University of Birmingham, and gained experience in all aspects of natural fibre agronomy and testing at the University of DeMontfort. SeFF fibre is produced utilizing a patented, environmentally friendly technology and process to cottonize hemp fibers. SeFF has been successfully blended with multiple other fibres, both natural and synthetic, to produce the highest quality products in multiple industries, including apparel, non-woven and home furnishings industries, with SeFF’s first product launching with a leading global apparel brand in 2019.

Guy Carpenter is the President of Bear Fiber Inc. in Wilmington, NC, the leading hemp supply chain management company for hemp fiber, yarn textiles and apparel manufacturing. He has over 30 years of experience on five continents in sourcing, apparel manufacturing, distribution and sales including a decade of strategic turnaround/crunch management consulting in the Fashion Industry. He has run large yarn-forward factories, developed successful brands in the US & Europe and worked with many global brands to develop textiles and apparel. His focus on textile quality evolved into a passion for natural fibers and sustainability. He also serves as a commissioner for the North Carolina Industrial Hemp Pilot Program.
Mr. Carpenter earned a BA from the College of Charleston and an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina. He has served as both a Peace Corps Volunteer (Niger, West Africa) and in the U.S. Army (Airborne/Air Assault Calvary Scout).

She envisioned a green print for Sarawak Climate Action through Agroforestry. Planet-P(X)-People.
The innovation at an intersection, where X is where Arts met Science. As an engineer in the forest, she got to experience both of both world’s. One of the way to communicate with nature is ‘the design’. Nature inspired design to reciprocate & reconnect the relationships of the people and the planet. The journey has brought her to MHIRA.
